Last November I published a list of good healthy habits.
Recently I updated the list and added several more habits.
My strong conviction is that everything in our body is interconnected. If we want to improve our eyesight, we should be careful about everything in our body, not only about how we use our eyes. Our posture, breathing, sleeping, eating habits may have strong influence on how clearly and comfortably we can see.
Up until recently all the vision related habits were listed on the home page. I created a separate page for each habit directly related to eyesight:
- Improve your peripheral vision
- Get plenty of natural light
- Minimize artificial light
- Stop wearing glasses
